AM: Local netpreneur searching for SALES VP

Hey Folks-
A solid netpreneur, located in Sterling, is looking for a VP, SALES AND
INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT. The company, founded in 1995, has recently
formed key strategic partnerships and needs someone to lead this effort.
The SALES VP will be responsible for building and leading a national sales
organization focused on further developing strategic partnerships, as well
as establishing relationships with mass merchandisers, supermarkets, drug
stores and other retail outlets. Additionally, this person will be responsible for
forging relationships with potential international customers in Europe and Asia.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales executive with demonstrated
experience in selling services or goods to top level executives, especially
into the retail industry. Experience in both large corporate and start-up
environments would be highly desired. Ideally, the successful candidate will
also have been with a company selling a technology based product or service.
This position will report directly to the President/CEO
